Monica prepared my mother’s will. My mother died and I reached out to Monica for help and I felt blown off. It was the first time I was an executor and was overwhelmed . She took our money for an updated will which my mother never got to sign. I would like a refund. No one called my mother that the will was ready. I had to call for my mother to see if the will was ready. When we went to update the will I felt she was not attentive and distracted. She was also late for the appointment.
