Total disappointment, terrible service. In eight months, I only managed to speak with the lawyer once, and that was when I signed the contract. After that, I made countless phone calls to the secretary, and I was lucky if I got through on one of them. I sent many messages without receiving a return call, and they never answered many important questions regarding my claim. At one point, I thought they were working on something else, or in a different business altogether. The few times I managed to get through and schedule an appointment with Mr. Mike O'Breain, the secretary just kept saying, "I'm sorry, the lawyer won't be in his office these days," and I repeated the same response two or three times. Do your research before hiring them; check the reviews. Believe me, there are far better options than this office, and my case was practically won before I even started. Be careful.
