After an intensive internet search, I was left with five attorneys to choose from. Using AI I was able to quickly eliminate two of them. When I finally got to the Law Offices of Michael Scafiddi, I was put right through to the Owner. He and I spoke at length, about the facts of the case, my background and the potential strategy of a case like mine. I was immediately impressed with his vast knowledge of the case law pertaining to my particular situation. He had reasonable opinions about the applicability of the Supreme Court's rulings and how each applied to my case.He was attentive, calm and polite and dealt with me liked a family member. I immediately knew this firm would be the one I would hire and trust to navigate the courtroom process. He knew the courthouse like the back of his hand and was familiar with all of the players, the District Attorneys and each of the Judges in their respective courtrooms. He was very communicative and from the very beginning gave me his personal cell phone number. Additionally, knowing he was a very busy man, made me feel completely comfortable calling him at any time. As it turned out, I haven't had the need to formally retain his firm, but it may be necessary in the near future. If that day comes, I would not hesitate for one minute to call him and arrange his services. One final note... We all know the services of an attorney like Mr. Scafiddi are extremely valuable and for his expertise one would expect the fee to reflect just that. I would like to add that for all of the communication, his firm's research as well as his own personal trips to the courthouse investigating my case and it's filing status, Michael Scafiddi did not charge me a dime! The District Attorney had not filed charges and there was no need to retain him, but for all of the work prior to that, there was no fee at all! I can't imagine any other firm doing this especially with all of his personal time spent. He did so and furthermore left me off with some great legal and life advice. I will never forget the great experience I had with Mr. Scafiddi and had it gone another way with my case I am 100% confident that he would have been the very best fit and had all my faith he would've delivered exactly what I needed and my case would have been dismissed before trial.

We cannot recommend Christopher Gardner at Scafiddi & Gardner Law highly enough. What stood out immediately was his confidence and the knowledge and experience behind it. He knew how to approach our situation and gave us the reassurance we desperately needed. Having an attorney with an established reputation, professional connections, and a strong understanding of the court system meant so much to us. His calm, confident presence helped us feel that we were in capable hands. He backed that confidence with action, and we are incredibly grateful for the outcome.

⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Experience I hired this attorney to represent me in a DUI case and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I paid a significant amount of money expecting professional representation, communication, and meaningful progress with my case. Instead, I had to make multiple court appearances and felt like I was getting nowhere. After several court visits, I still did not see the results or progress I expected based on what I was paying for representation. The entire process became frustrating, time-consuming, and expensive. I ultimately reached the point where I no longer felt confident continuing with this attorney and had to hire a different lawyer to handle my case. Changing attorneys in the middle of a DUI case is not something anyone wants to do, especially after already spending a substantial amount of money on legal fees. Based on my personal experience, I was extremely dissatisfied with the representation I received and would not recommend this attorney.

If I could recommend these lawyers to anyone, I would 100% recommend them without hesitation. ❤️ They stood by my side when I needed it the most and never made me feel like I was facing everything alone.
