				I had a pro bono suit with him he cut me off because my mom wasn't getting back to him but he said the case was between me and him and not my mom cuz I'd be 18 so I ended up looking so much forward to that and now I'm going through the worst time of my life and I don't think that I have a chance at life and being successful now and it's all right I I still love him and God loves him I just don't like being broken

				Super disappointed in the service , trying to get a call from mark theil or his secretary is so disappointing . Couldn’t get not even a call back or schedule a consultation. I even went on the website and tried to set up and online consultation. No answer back from mark or his secretly .even though I heard great things about mark couldn’t f get a call back or appointment. Hope you guys have a better experience than I did .

				I wanted to bring to your attention a concern regarding the service at your office, specifically regarding the secretary, Maritsa. The level of service provided by her is below satisfactory. It is challenging to reach someone in the office, and when phone calls are finally answered, there is often a noticeable negative attitude. I believe that Maritsa's behavior and attitude may deter potential clients who were considering hiring Mark Thiel and his law office. It is important to address this matter promptly to avoid losing potential new clients.
