We are first time home buyers and Marc is helping us navigate our home purchase. Let me just say that Marc is painstakingly thorough and catches every single detail in the home buyer contract. We are buying from an established developer who uses the same contract and title agency for their paperwork, and already Marc has found some concerning details in their paperwork which we've been trying to resolve for the past few days with the title company. We know these questions have never been asked before in all the properties they've sold, because the title company struggles to respond with answers. Our friends and family asked us why we have a lawyer for our home purchase because people typically don't use lawyers for home purchases and I can't imagine conducting any real estate transactions in the future without legal review and representation.
