We are first time home buyers and Marc is helping us navigate our home purchase. Let me just say that Marc is painstakingly thorough and catches every single detail in the home buyer contract. We are buying from an established developer who uses the same contract and title agency for their paperwork, and already Marc has found some concerning details in their paperwork which we've been trying to resolve for the past few days with the title company. We know these questions have never been asked before in all the properties they've sold, because the title company struggles to respond with answers.
