This guy has one of the most obnoxious secretaries I’ve ever met. They have no idea how to treat people. I called to let them know I was sick and therefore, I didn’t want to get anyone else sick by coming in for a scheduled appointment to sign for the Will. They told me if I didn’t show they were going to charge me a cancellation fee and they didn’t know how much that was going to be. They were gonna figure it out. When I told him that I would be in anyway to sign so I wouldn’t be charged the cancellation fee when I got there they wouldn’t open the door . I paid for half of the fee which is $500. This will have to go to a civil matter. I’m sure to get my money back.
