She prepared a trust for my brother. After he died I reached out to her with questions. We spoke for a few minutes and then she told me to call back if I needed any further help. I have called her office and left messages now more than a half dozen times with no call back. There is no live person when you call, ever. You always have to leave a message. Rather than be professional and let me know that she cannot or will not help, she chooses to ignore the calls. Yes she prepares the papers, but do you really want to do business with someone who does not return calls?
I do not recommend her.
Update: Her mistakes in the preparation of my brother's trust continue to cost me thousands of dollars. Based on advice from new attorneys I will be filing a complaint with the state of california.
