Called this morning for a guidance with business formation. I was transferred to a voicemail that was full. Called back and was transferred to a man who was rude and seemed bothered by my call. In the middle of me talking, he cuts me off and says he’s already talking to another client so can I “make it quick” (after being on the phone for 15 seconds).
