As well as being beaten down in trying to navigate through a complex maze with the insurance companies. Kroger-Diamond expert staff took over all communicmcations, billing to all entities involved. What a relief! This allowed me to focus on my healing process. In my case, the filing deadline was approaching, which could cut short a firm's needed time to work up my case. From my initial call. Kroger-Diamond gave me an opportunity to present my case for their attorneys to review the next morning. Noting that other firms, due to the approaching deadline to file, would have denied me, with an apology in stating due to the immediate filing deadline and the time it would take to work up my complicated case.
