I had an incident where I was attacked by a dog in the neighbourhood and had to go to the Urgent Care and had several follow ups. In most legal instances this is a slam dunk case... the dog owners are directly at fault and their homeowners policy pays for damages. I picked Kaiman Greene because for a change, their lawyers called me directly when I had put my info. on a website that solicits leads to law firms. However things did turn sour for me afterwords ,.. in hindsight I should have seen the red flags. For one, Kaiman Greene does their business on paper when all other lawyers sent me docusign files. For another, Kaiman just sat on my case for two months and dropped it when he realized that the defendent did not even respond to his notice. Long story short.. this law firm will not pursue your case if its not going to fetch them a big bounty... its lawyers that Kaiman Greene that give the legal profession a bad name.
