				This attorney John Caleca was very nonchalant, timid in court, passive, unprepared, and unintentional. He missed the opening attendance call, he brought 1 thin folder to court, and didn't even take the time to print the documents I emailed him, while the opposing free legal aid attorney had a full brief case and was able to display all the lease documents and was very familiar with the landlord/tenant laws and statues. He did not genuinely advocate on my behalf although I paid the full retainer fee up front, in fact, I was the one who singlehandedly advocated for myself against the other attorney, I also negotiated my own settlement in mediation to receive the back rent my tenant owed me while John Caleca sat there quietly looking confused. I wish this was an exaggeration - I was so embarrassed and shocked by his lackluster court performance. I literally had to pull him to the side during mediation and say "John, the other lawyer is dominating this conversation, you need to perk up!" Unfortunately as a newer landlord, I had to learn the hard lesson that sometimes it's easier to do your own due diligence. I do not recommend his services AT ALL.

				He is terrible was my lawyer in 2018 to handled an issue for me and 6 years later I am still having the problem  He is unwilling to help. He never resolved the initial issue. When you call he never calls back. Several people told me not to go to him. I should have listened

				Just unpleasant experience over all. In my opinion he did far more harm, than good. Theres a reason that hes cheapest in town in my opinion. In my opinion its worth spending a little more, for someone who earns what you pay them.
