Jennifer is a Overall nice and helpful person. But her staff are horrible. I was overcharged several times and had to bring it to their attention, one was a charge of over 1500.00 which was supposed to be 150.00 (typographical error they said.) But I shouldn't have to police their work on top of the stress of the case. I received to bills that had late charges and interest already attached to them before the bill was even due. After the case was over and done. They charged me over 500.00 to submit a form to remove them as my attorney, a form they said I couldn't file myself that it had to come from them on the office letterhead....if they were not removed they would continue to charge me monthly to "monitor " the case, a case that was not active anymore. Also because they had a hard time communicating with the other attorney, instead of just waiting to hear back they would call, email and send letters.....costing me hundreds if not thousands in "attempting to contact ". Again this isn't about how Jennifer treated me but the nickle and dimeing me into debt and not being able to get the charges and over charging. REALLY 500.00 TO FILE A PAPER ELECTRONICALLY? 500.00!! What i was told would be about a 6-7k bill ended up being 2-3x more. And we never stepped foot in a court room.
