Government forms are not the easiest things to understand. I'm not an idiot but the forms and regulations and rules were more than I could follow. A 10 minute, plain English, conversation not only helped me understand what I needed to do, but it put me at ease. I was losing sleep over this. I left the office with a huge weight lifted.
