For more than a decade, I recommended Jean Paul Galasso to friends, family, and anyone looking for a family law and/or a criminal law attorney because I truly believed he fought for his clients. After my husband's custody case, I can no longer recommend this law office. No attorney can guarantee a result, but clients do expect their attorney to advocate aggressively for them. We left feeling that did not happen. My husband has a past, but he has worked incredibly hard to rebuild his life. He has stayed out of legal trouble, maintained full-time employment with a corporate company, established stable housing, owned multiple vehicles, and was even approved by the courts to adopt children. We expected those years of rehabilitation and stability to be forcefully presented and advocated for. Instead, we were left feeling that his progress and accomplishments were overshadowed by mistakes from years ago. After paying thousands of dollars in legal fees, we honestly feel that we received the bare minimum level of representation. The work performed did not, in our opinion, justify the amount we paid, and we left feeling completely let down. The saddest part is that I spent years referring people to this office because I trusted them. I can't do that anymore. If you're looking for an attorney who will fight as hard as you expect for the money you're paying, our experience left us deeply disappointed.
