When writing reviews.I try to be fair and transparent. I reached out to the office as I have a pretty simple case that I need assistance with, based on the information provided on the website of services provided it falls in line with the specialty areas provided by attorney Yastion. My first phone call was quick as I reached the paralegal at the office who took down my information and assured me that she will speak to the attorney and confirm if he is interested in my probate/estate case. I waited 48 hours and I did not hear back from anyone. So I called the office again where I was assured that I will receive a call back. That never happened, my last phone call I was advised that the attorney was in court and the paralegal has not had a chance to speak to him. Please note that was five business days after my initial phone call. The unprofessional way the office handles their new client intake cases speaks volumes as to how my case would have been handled. A simple, no thank you would suffice.
