My experience with Mr. Hoffman was extremely poor. Communication was minimal, and I often had to repeatedly explain my own case. When I asked questions, I was even asked if I was
"fishing for something,'
"which I found
unprofessional and dismissive.
I made it clear what I did not want included in any agreement, yet those concerns were ignored.
The case dragged on for years, and I was not meaningfully involved in mediation-only told what I needed to accept. The final paperwork included terms I had explicitly rejected, and I felt pressured to sign or risk walking away with nothing.
Afterward, he avoided putting things in writing and pushed for phone conversations, even offering to come to my home, which I declined. At no point did I feel properly represented or respected.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with him.
