I have been a long-time client of this firm, and my family and I have paid them thousands of dollars over the years. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely unprofessional. I requested a quote for my TN visa renewal, and no work was performed at that time. I ultimately used a friend who recently became an immigration attorney, who handled my application for free.

Afterward, I received a call from Kathy Eiss that was rude, condescending, and entirely unprofessional. She accused me of “wasting their time,” which is baffling given that I only requested a quote and no services were provided. This behavior is unacceptable, and I will ensure that neither I nor my family will work with this firm again.
