This was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I’ve had with any attorney. From the beginning, their attitude was arrogant, dismissive, and outright disrespectful. Instead of offering guidance or support, they spoke down to me in a condescending and belittling way, as if my concerns were beneath them.

There was zero effort to listen, understand, or provide meaningful help. It honestly felt like a complete waste of time. If you’re going to work in a profession that serves people—especially in situations where clients may already feel stressed or vulnerable—the absolute minimum expectation is basic respect. That was completely absent here.
