I was referred by another law firm and had a very similar experience over the phone as a lot of the reviewers have already mentioned. Rude, arrogant, didn’t take the time to get all the facts and even used foul language while consulting with me. Don’t waste your time. Find someone else who you don’t have to educate on how the law works.

Jacob was referred to me by Nicholas J. De Blouw. Jacob got back to me right away. My experience with him was very positive. He started out with a statistic joke, presumably Nick told him I'm a statistician. He listened well, politely interjecting only to inform me the elements he was trying to find out that was relevant under the law. I took no offense that he was trying to be time efficient-a good sign actually for a lawyer. I got the information I needed and the experience was very positive.
