I had similar experience as Mr Collins. Run and don’t waste your money. Cecil Harrigan is a really bad lawyer, case in point when we went for my hearing the judge was defending my case more than he was. Unfortunately she was removed from my case before the decision was made. I am still dealing with all the mistakes he made in my case since 2012. There was so much he could do for me to get my green card but all he cared about was his next payment. After I finished paying him that’s when he told me that there was nothing he could do. A total scam. I should have went with his female partner at the time. I regret ever dealing with him. He is the worse and he doesn’t know his job at all.
