14 years ago Gabriel gave me simple and honest legal guidance. I tried a 14 day civil jury trial with Gabriel Avina as lead first co-counsel in May 2022, a disputed liability quadriplegic and traumatic brain injury case, Danny Pena v. City of Los Angeles. We settled the case at the end of the jury trial, before I was to give my rebuttal, we got $3,000,000.00 for Mr. Pena. Gabriel is a lion and a true warrior in the Courtroom.
