Mr. Kassor accepted my case after I was rear-ended by a 16-year-old with a provisional license and experienced bodily injury. Six months after and out of nowhere, I received an email indicating that he was withdrawing as my attorney. I respectfully asked in a return email what had changed from the time he took my case to the time he sent that email, and I received ZERO response. To this day, I still have no idea why the attorney I chose and trusted withdrew his services. In my opinion, I deserved a whole lot more respect than that, particularly after what I had already been through with the accident. Wow! 😡
In response to the response…I have already been forced to settle with the insurance company on my own, so forwarding the email at this point would be irrelevant.
