Dawn is an amazing lawyer. She's organized, ethical, sharp as as knife , and knows the laws backward and forward from both sides of personal injury lawsuits. She was, from the first day when I contacted her, a downright pleasure to work with. She always got back to me via email, usually within 15 minutes (seriously!). She held my hand through two years of legal processes around a tediously medical issue resulting from a car crash. In addition to being terrifyingly competent, Dawn was unfailingly kind. When we had to do a deposition, and I was scared of being interrogated, she made sure I knew exactly how it worked, knew what I had to do, and then spent a good 15 minutes afterward debriefing and checking in on how I was. Then she sent a follow up email telling me that I'd done a great job. She kept me in mind as a person as well as a client.
