If I could give Mr. McCarthy ten stars, I absolutely would. He took the time to give me excellent legal advice for free that potentially saved me thousands of dollars. I sought David's help after being hit with an outrageous and illegal lease break policy from a local property management company. After exchanging several emails with David to provide context, we had the phone consultation on a Thursday, immediately after which I provided all the necessary docs he needed to prepare his demand letter.
