I sought David's help after being hit with an outrageous and illegal lease break policy from a local property management company. After exchanging several emails with David to provide context, we had the phone consultation on a Thursday, immediately after which I provided all the necessary docs he needed to prepare his demand letter. Although he indicated it normally takes him two days to prepare, the next morning I found the first draft in my inbox. Monday morning, after my approval of draft 4, David emailed the demand letter; amazingly, within two hours, we got a response agreeing to all but one of our demands. He followed up with an email to encourage them to agree to that in order to close the matter.

I hired David for a very sticky situation where my landlord was attempting to begin construction on property I was renting during my lease. My landlord then attempted to illegally evict me.

David coached me through the whole process and was able to calm my anxieties when my LL started to get aggressive. He has a deep knowledge of the law, and was able to cite specific instances of my LL acting illegally.
