I hired David for a very sticky situation where my landlord was attempting to begin construction on property I was renting during my lease. My landlord then attempted to illegally evict me.

David was extremely helpful and thorough in a recent non-fault eviction notice due to a major plumbing leak and forced remodel that we received from our landlord of 19 years. We lived with half of a kitchen and open walls for almost a year! David read through the details of our case, asked many questions over a couple of phone calls and drafted a demand letter to our landlord asking for monetary compensation for us. We made some changes to that letter and, after it was sent to our landlord, we received everything that was requested.
