Stay away from this lawyer. He never showed up to one of my court hearings. He belittled me about my case and proceeded to cuss me out over the phone and in a phone conference, dropping F-Bombs in front of my father on several occasions. I asked him nicely to refrain from that language and he said he did not care who was in the room. He later tried to walk that back to say he wasn't that type of person but his pattern of behavior showed otherwise. All of this behavior came out after I hired him and gave a huge retainer, he is your feiend and buddy until he gets your money then the evil side comes out. The lawyers that did show up to my hearings were not well prepared and at the final hearing the judge asked why they didn't ask for a very specific subject of the case to be withdrawn. They had no answer so the judge says to me to be quiet, that he was working for me now, the judged says this, and struck down this one thing the prosecution wanted that the lawyer Mr. Whitehead did not do and actually said could not be done when I hired him. He is out of his league in criminal law and does not really care about his clients. He does care about his appearance and social status. You can tell this as soon as you walk into his office as there are autographed ticket stubs, books, and pictures of famous people all over his walls. When it was all over he actually asked me to write a 5 star review, that was never going to happen after the way I was treated. He definitely has a huge ego, some arrogant pride issues, along with narcissistic behavior. Stay far away from this person, there are many other lawyers in town that do a better job and treat you with respect.

I want to say that GOD has a special assignment on your (DAN) life as well as your team to help give people hope, and encouragement. Daniel took time out of his day not to just hear about the case, but to hear me as a person. In this world where love, hope, and community is rare now days this says a lot about the character of this law firm, it shows the humility of each person in this law firm. This is not common most attorney offices want money to give any consultation. This has been a life changing experience that i will never forget. The communication that was given, the words of affirmation was refreshing to my soul, and the time that was given to hear my concerns without prejudice was phenomenal! Anyone reading this DO NOT GIVE UP THERE IS HOPE GOD DID NOT GIVE YOU A SPIRIT OF FEAR BUT OF SOUND MIND! I HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE OUT THERE LIKE IT HELPED ME.
