Daniel Friedman was a corrupt attorney. He only worked two or three hours on my case, although I paid him five thousand dollars for fourteen hours as a retainer. When I asked him for the excess money back, he said he would do more for me. Then I asked him to help me get a deed for my house. He refused, saying he was not "a deed guy." When he showed ineptitude about even keeping up with current ongoings by the adversary attorneys, I pointed this out to him and asked why he had not kept up with the case, and what about the retainer. He said he had to figure out how much he owed me, if anything. A few days later, he said that he would not do anything more for me because I insulted him. He never gave me back any part of the retainer. This is nothing but attorney fraud on his part. I would like to protect those people in desperate circumstances who are forced to find any attorney on a few hours notice who might have to resort to unethical attorneys like him as a last resort. They would be better off defending themselves or attempting to get free legal services from a legal aid society type organization.
