Excellent! I went to their website, entered the case info, paid, and they communicated through email very directly and clearly what I needed to do (basically, nothing). I uploaded all requested info. They told me through email to not respond to anything from the court and to let them take care of everything.

A few weeks later, they emailed me stating that my ticket was dismissed.

They have their process dialed in and are experts at this. Just hire Mr. Samas and let him and his team handle your ticket. If I ever get another ticket again (not counting on that), I will hire Dan Samas again without hesitation.

Dan & his team are the best! I'll cover each part of the process below but I've now worked with Dan twice and both times he & his team have come through & exceeded my expectations.

In terms of intake process, they've made their process so streamlined and dialed-in that the first time I worked with them I was irked by the lack of any phone calls or discussions. Don't be alarmed - just follow their process and take the detailed direction offered in their emails.

When I did reach out to Dan with any follow-up questions, the responses were comprehensive, clear, & to the point! They always got back to me within 24 - 48 hours and I don't remember having to follow-up or chase for an answer.

If the case goes to a hearing, Dan & team provide clear instructions well in advance and set expectations on if and when you will hear back from them in case they have questions. A day before the hearing they proactively remind you about the event, re-confirm their instructions, & let you know that they're on top of it all.

Outcome / decision from court proceedings are shared promptly the next day within the SLA expectations they set.

Throughout the process, I had the urge to pick-up the phone to call and talk to someone but I resisted and Dan & team came through true to expectations. In terms of efficiency and predictability of outcomes, I think Dan & team are the Amazon of their services - trust them to deliver results on time without needing to chase them or follow-up!
