​Do not do business with Claudia Rodriguez , her reviews is from 10 years ago . I I hire​ and she end up taking $3,000 from me just for writing one letter . I end up hiring another attorney that did a better job than her she's a con artist . Shame on you Claudia you should be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of immigrants and taking their money and not doing nothing for their case shame on you . Esta Abogada no sirve les quita el dinero y no los ayuda ojo no sirve.

I do not recommend Claudia Rodriguez. I hired her to represent me on a u Visa, she told me that first I needed to get a certificate from the criminal court first then file for the U Visa. She told me that she wants $3,000 and then $10,000 to file the U Visa.
She send an email to the court to request the certificate, 5 months later the court send her the victim of crime certificate. Her secretary send me a text that I needed to go to the office to sign some papers for the U Visa that they have received the certificate from the court. So when I went inside her office after she told me that she has received the certificate, that she's not going to represent me for the U Visa but I need to hire another attorney just for the simple reason that my wife have called her to ask regarding my case and she got offended that she didn't wanted to continue with my case I find that on professional of her. I asked her if I'm going to get some of the $3,000 and her answer was no. My mistake was not calling other attorneys first regarding prices that I did after I hire her. The average price from a honest attorney around $800 this attorney is a money hungry and take advantage of the immigrants situation. Be very care for this lady. Mss Claudia Rodriguez you should be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of clients.

Un familiar llamo simplememte para asesoria legal pero su respuesta fue muy descortez. Si asi son desde el principio, como seran despues? Luego nos enteramos que a unos clientes los hicieron esperar por AÑOS y nunca les daban actualizaciones. Despues de cobrarles tanto dinero, les dijeron que no tenian caso. Solo me resta advertir al publico que tengan mucho cuidado. Y pidan copia de su expediente, tienen todo su derecho.

La señora Claudia está mas preocupada en quitarse grasa del cuerpo que de atender los casos de sus clientes. 7 años pasó esperando mi esposo y solo le saco el dinero, no vengan aqui por que solo le interesa su dinero no es nada profecional y de su personal ni hablar son corrientes y sin educación.
Cambiamos de abogado y en 2 meses hemos visto grandes abanses, cuando ella desia que es un caso muy "dificil" el nuevo abogado ya clarificó todo y no es como ella desia. Ba a contestar esta reseña justificandose y no importa por que tengo que advertirles a otras personas de la realidad.
