Shayna is the absolute worst attorney in all of Naples. Not only did she not explain the laws, take any real action but she let my abusive ex run rampant. My ex had a 19 year old move in with him immediately (3 weeks after filing for divorce he was 40), I took a video of her swearing at my 11 year old a month after she moved in, I was completely unaware that a motion to have her removed from the home could have happened. When I allowed my ex time with the children he refused to give them back he kept them for 3 months, did not allow me to speak or see them at all (we had shared custody at the time and I was the full time caretaker at this point)! Nothing was done. I fell into deep despair, nothing was done. I was then accused by my ex of being mentally unstable and ended up losing custody, with him gaining temporary full custody because of his utter lies, manipulation and emotional and financial abuse. He constantly told me to kill myself or he would kill me, has private investigators sit outside my home day/night and would keep me living in fear and nothing was done! When he gained temporary full custody, of course, I did not see them or speak to them again for 11 months, no birthdays, Mother’s Day ZERO COMMUNICATION, nothing AGAIN was done. He stopped paying me, I was now in complete financial and emotional ruin, nothing was done. I had lawsuits from my credit card company’s because I was no longer able to pay, destroying my credit, nothing was done. My ex never complied with any of the court orders (once we ended up in court) nothing was done. My ex falsely accused me of being a drug, alcoholic and mentally unstable with ZERO real evidence, except using the suffering and pain I had been enduring DURING our separation, I was completely depressed and lost, nothing was done to fight for me and the clear abuse I was enduring daily. I was forced to take invasive blood alcohol tests/ urine tests for a year all because my ex accused me of smoking marijuana (I have a medical card) and drinking too much (his accusations were not even around the kids but on my free time, what!) and he was able to get away with this because nothing was done to fight for me! Of course I kept passing and yet nothing was done to stop this intrusive and embarrassing tests meant to control and humiliate me (he was told to pay for these tests and 90%of the time refused or was late in paying) causing me distress and still nothing was done! My ex continued to alienate me from my children after we went to court regardless of the court orders, nothing was done to fight for me or my children! I was so frustrated with zero motions being filed and my children STILL being held from me and zero communication from Shayna so I threatened to sue her! I was immediately dropped from her for making threats! She does not have any understanding of high conflict divorce, abusive men and parental alienation! If you want to lose your children, your money, your life and sanity choose Shayna! And to update. We are now divorced and yet I am still being alienated from my children, financially abused, verbally and emotionally abused since abusers never change!! Find a lawyer who recognizes this and will fight for you and your children!

My family spends part of the year in Naples, Florida, where my parents have a vacation home.
