I found myself wanting to set up a Trust. It seemed like it could become a paperwork nightmare. Thankfully I was directed to the team at CDM who took care of the entire process for me. Amelia was great from the start getting my appointment set up and always fast to respond to my questions. David handled setting up my trust and took the time to explain each step in non-legal, human, terms that made sense. I never felt rushed or in a hurry to skip past anything but also never buried in too much information. A trust, as I have learned, can be a fairly complex legal document. However with David handling all the heavy legal perspective of my trust, it felt complicated at all.
