Extremely disappointing experience After nearly 10 years, I finally received a small payment from my accident case. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of communication and professionalism throughout the process. After waiting all these years, I expected at the very least an acknowledgment or an apology for the inconvenience and delay. Instead, there was no apology, no explanation, and no real accountability for what happened. This experience left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. I believe clients deserve clear communication, transparency, accountability, and respect, especially when their case involves money that is owed to them. I’m sharing my experience so that anyone considering this firm understands what my experience was like.

Do not waste your time with this law group. There’s a reason why they have low reviews. I was in an accident in December and trusted them to give me recommendations and referrals to manage my case and help me find relief. Instead, I spent six months advocating for myself, Chasing them with questions waiting for callbacks. When they finally referred me to pain management they sent me to a crappy doctor. You can never get in touch with them, they are so vague and describing what is best for your case, and they’re very uncommunicative you’ll wait days for callbacks. There are so many other better law groups in the Bay Area than this one

I wanted to share my experience from years ago that I just happened to remember very recently. Everything was going good until the day of my deposition. I had an accident where I got rear ended by a Honda and it pushed me into a mini van. I talked to only one person from this law firm for a year or so then the day of my deposition, they last minute switched someone else to take the OG guy’s place. This guy knew nothing about my case, claimed that I lied about a day that I was having extreme back pain to the point I could not sleep also while having the flu. Which caused me to call off of work and go to a random chiropractor the next day. The day of the deposition, I noticed I didn’t note what happened down on my end but I remember telling the original guy I was talking to about it. This new guy proceeded to go BACK AND FORTH with me saying how I’m a liar and that I lied to them. Lied to them where? Lied to them how? Sir, I have NEVER spoken to YOU. That instance really put a bad taste in my mouth for this law firm. I would definitely recommend contacting a firm that would actually note down everything that you communicated to them. Because life gets crazy and it’s THEIR JOB to build a case against the other party. NOT the people that they’re working for. Very weird business practices that they got going on over there. I have not recommended them to any of my friends or people I’m close to due to that experience that took a 180 all of a sudden. I hope that guy does not represent this law firm anymore as well.
