I contacted this firm in September 2026 only for a confidential conflict check and to ask whether a paid limited-scope immigration consult/audit was available (family AOS / L-1 / advance parole). Instead of answering those questions, I received a blank MASTER attorney-client fee contract (DocuSeal) and a QuickBooks invoice for $1,500 before any conflicts result, before any filled-in scope matching my ask, and without a substantive reply to my intake questions. When I declined that process and asked in writing for a conflicts result plus a short engagement letter describing what the fee covered before payment, the reply was that the firm does not work before being paid and that I should find an attorney "straight out of law school." Prospective clients: get a written conflicts result and a clear scope before signing a blank master fee agreement or paying an invoice. Paying for defined legal work is normal; this intake sequence was not.
