My lawyer Octavio Sajuan was very helpful throughout the process of getting my case dismissed. He was very good about letting me know exactly what I had to do and in the end we were successful.

Honestly . This law firm just took my money and did absolutely nothing for me . I explained my situation to Mr.beles when I paid 5k. I advised him no criminal charges were against me and I then advised him if a civil case. After that my case was transferred to one his partners and then another partner. Every time I called I never received any call back or communication. I was then transferred to Mr.matchek. We had a sit down and Mr.bele said they would handle it to see if we can could get to settlement. They then sent out a letter to the other law firm and when I kept calling for an update . Mr.metechek said oh we sent the letter for 5 k . SENT A LETTER FOR 5k????? He then advised me he was going to talk to Mr.belles on the next step and if they require more money . I NEVER got a response. LET alone I never got a call back or communication at ALLL during the whole process. They robbed me for my money and took advantage of me being a woman in need of help. I WOULD 10/10 never recommend this place run the other way. I would give negative star . 5k may not be nothing to them but it's a lot for a working class single mother of 3 and one of on the way. 5k could have went towards a lawyer that was actually going to help me and my future . VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS LAW FIRM. If they ask you for more money run the other way ! No communication no help. I will be reporting the belles and belles office to the bar. And everyone else with the same or similar situation should as well

Do not go through this firm. I was seeking an appeal for a hearing. They were wonderful to start (to get my money). I found out through looking up my court case that my appeal, which had been approved, was now dropped due to lack of payment from this firm. I called about 6 times to their office and was told every time that my attorney was not available and this was a mistake from the court. I finally heard back from my attorney over text and was told that he was too busy to take my phone calls. I continued to try and contact him with no communication. Suddenly, without any communication to me, he was on paternity leave and wouldn’t be in office and couldn’t talk. They essentially took my money and that was it. I have reached out to receive some information, really anything at all, and there has been no communication back to me. I have now reached out asking them to drop my case and give me receipts and unsurprisingly, no response. Avoid this law firm if you want any resolution to your case.

I don't recommend this service, folks. My mom paid for immigration services, and the new lawyer isn't answering calls after Moisés left. We told him we needed a work permit, and he never responded. The secretary kept saying he was busy. He never showed his face, but they're always on top of collecting payment.
