If your looking into hiring this law office please be diligent and pro active with communicating with them and don't rely on them communicating with you. Once you sign the agreement, make sure you get a copy of it. I never received my copy after signing my agreement, after they send you a welcome letter, make sure you follow up within a day or two for a link to send your paperwork. This was never sent to me. This is my first time in this situation of hiring a law office and I don't know the turn around time for things to circle back to me for things to get started. I followed up 2 weeks after not hearing from them and didn't want to go through them after not hearing from them. Was told I can't receive my deposit back bc it was after 10 days and I shouldn't have waited so long to call them. Be better than me and don't let this happen to you. Good Luck!

I received my agreement after I made this comment. I am sure that is supposed to be the accuracy when you are onboarded but that is not the truth with my case. If you were to testify in court Adele you'd be lying that I received my agreement after signing and was provided my link to upload my paperwork within a timely manner. And like you said the "phone work's both ways" your office should be encouraged to reach out promptly if they do not see the expected communication from the client and be pro active. A good hearted person would have been sincere and honest when responding to a review.

Last year I hired a law office to help me with something very difficult n stressful. I paid for the service and was told a few weeks later that it was not possible, and that law office kept the majority of my money!

I was really hesitant and told Jennifer my fears, she put them at ease and reassured me that she would never steer me wrong and would always be upfront and honest, she did 100% everything she said she would do! Her time frames that were given to me, they were all on the ball, Jennifer and Adele were awesome and I would highly recommend them. The price was fair and they made something so difficult in my life a little more easier to deal with!

I needed a consult on my father's will & trust. I wished I would have written her name down. Anyway, the lawyer I spoke with was able to answer my questions I wished they were local because I need to a trust & will.
