Please dont waste your money. An alcoholic who is too lazy to even pull a file from the courthouse and attempt to gather a plan for your case. If it’s anything bigger than a speeding ticket you are in serious trouble if you think he will help you. Rickey Moore is the biggest flake in SW Virginia so dont waste your time there either.

Ricky Moore has a tendency to decide not to go to work somedays. So when you are sitting in a courtroom scared, nervous and worried ..don't expect comfort here. Don't expect notification either. No call no show. Be at the mercy of the court and pray for the best then get a bill. Good luck.

John Qualls is a outstanding lawyer. He has a great personality and is well-known in his surroundings.
When visiting his office you will find his secretary is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming.
I highly recommend John for a lawyer
