Marisa is the best! We mistakenly believed we had to have a certain document prepared, but Marisa was the first lawyer we contacted that pointed out it's not necessary as we already had a copy in our offering plan. I sold my condo in Brooklyn, NY and Marisa represented me as the seller’s attorney.
