William is extremely rude, and doesn’t really seem to want to help, and has zero personality. My first interaction with him, was “I’m returning your call” how about an introduction of who you are, and not make me feel as if you didn’t want to talk to me. My mother in law was discriminated and retaliated against. We’re looking for help. Not looking to speak with someone who seems rude, and unwilling to help. Don’t go here, speak with someone else. You’ll be happy.
