I am definitely not a "fan" of Mr. Zukowski because of a comment that was made during a real estate purchase agreement meeting in 2014, which concluded this week. I didn't appreciate the fact that he was representing a sale of a property that ultimately resulted in a lawsuit and him also representing the neighboring property owners, which he was not able to ultimately represent due to a conflict of interest. And last...I was definitely not a fan of the accumulation of a sizeable bill that presented itself, which he did adjust. Rightfully so! However... Bonnie and Jim Peters were a delight to work with in the end. And last....Mr Zukowski did maintain a sense of professionalism and decorum in the end. I wish it could have and would have been a smoother transaction, but it is what it was!
