I hate to leave a bad review Travis seemed like a nice guy I hired him for a custody case and paid the day I talked to him no payments or anything. Keep in mind I only met with him that one time and the remaining of my case Raquel was always the one who sent a message out to me it was very hard to get in contact with them. I don’t think they did their best to fight for me just kept pushing me to do something I didn’t want but I miles through it and did as they asked . Fast forward I reached back out this January to have paperwork drawn up for the same custody case and today is 3/18 since January I have called twice a week greeting the same response Raquel telling the young lady who answered the phone that “she has not forgot about me and will have it done by the end of the week” beginning of march I just went in and although Travis and Raquel were both in they don’t come out and young lady scheduled me an appointment no problem I took off from work to go to appointment just for them to call day off and say “they don’t have paperwork back from judge and would call me when they get it “ week went by I called back and it went back to haven’t forgot about you I’ll get it done at the end of the week. So today I called an older lady answered and gave me the same response and my exact words were “I’m not trying to be rude but should I hire someone else this is the response I have been getting since January “ this lady went off the rails telling me how they don’t work for free and I can surely hire someone else because they are busy or I could schedule an appointment and wait I stated waiting wasn’t the problem I have been very patient and even had an appointment that yall cancelled and she stated well do you want another and I let her know I no longer I wanted to work with them due to her and she said Thank you and hung up! Unbelievable to act like that when you get paid smh!

I called yesterday to request a consultation & spoke to a lovely young woman who assured me they'd get back to me soon. Called this morning to follow up & got "the regular scheduler," who proceeded to brush me off by saying, and I quote, "well you mentioned WPS (women's protective services) and he doesn't have time for that." I held my tongue & called back this afternoon to ask if Mr. Ware would maybe bother speaking to me since they said the quiet part out loud like that, or if I should just put in the bar complaint about discriminating against abuse victims, and this time the lady started babbling (incorrectly) about it not being the right area of law, so she scoffed and said I couldn't because he didn't represent me. You can't refuse service based on that.

Travis helped me with a child custody case. He was very attentive, helpful and calming. He understood the severity of my situation and talked me through everything so I understood exactly what was going on. I will recommend him to anyone dealing with a child custody case and will always be grateful for what he’s done for me and my child
