I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with this law office.

I retained your firm expecting clear communication, guidance, and a resolution that aligned with what was explained to me. Instead, over the course of nearly two years, I received little to no proactive communication about the status of my case or what steps I needed to take to properly resolve it. The case was repeatedly continued without meaningful updates, and I was left unsure of what was happening or what was required of me. including the fact that my lawyer left the firm and I was given a new one with no notification.

At one point, I believed the matter had been resolved after completing driving school, only to later find out months afterward that it had not been resolved at all. That lack of clarity was extremely frustrating and stressful.

Ultimately, while I understand that certain charges were dismissed, the final outcome still resulted in points being added to my driving record and significantly higher court costs than I expected. This was not the outcome I believed I was working toward based on prior conversations. And the whole reason I hired your firm was to prevent this from happening.

Additionally, I am now facing substantial court costs with deadlines that are much shorter than I anticipated, which has created unnecessary financial strain.

Overall, I feel that there was a lack of transparency, insufficient communication, and a disconnect between what was discussed and what actually occurred. I would strongly encourage better communication and clearer expectations for future clients so they can make fully informed decisions.
