				I hired Thomas Ladegaard based on a suggestion from others in my industry in regards to copyright law for a small business in California. I'm very glad I did so. Thomas was fast to respond to my inquiry and very easy to work with. His communication was excellent. He helped prove my business had not infringed upon any copyright of a competing firm with our advertising efforts. The claim was based on "common use language" and verbiage anyone can use inside their marketing efforts. Ultimately the matter became mute. The opposing party dismissed the case after Thomas jumped in to cite why no claims would hold. The examples he gave to the young opposing council were brilliant in helping to educate them on copyright law; so that everyone could move forward without legal matters. I highly recommend Thomas to others in California who need strong & professional business representation.
