I used this attorney for an estate settlement. Overall the process usually takes six to twelve months give or take a little. It took a little over two years with this attorney. It did get done but the process was terrible. He complained about the number of emails, scalded me on the attitude of others involved, he cut paperwork that had been auto filled and had so many errors that it was rejected. His secretary has loads of snarky and insulting comments to dish out to any client. She really has no humility. He was paid quite well for this job but would not pursue what was right and fair in this case. He actually persuaded me to settle for far less than what was right and fair for the sake of just getting it done. Overall, would not recommend. All attorneys are over paid and none of them really will dig in for their clients and pursue what is fair or right. Kind of the same way your doctor shoves you out the door and doesn't really dig or care to figure out what is causing your health issues. It is really unfortunate for the commonwealth. WE THE PEOPLE are taken advantage of, shoved aside, and over taxed on everything. "They" tend to forget that without the people "They" also have no job.
