Not sure about all these positive reviews and no 'cons'. Maybe Svetlana does a great job for first-time home buyers or people, who do not know the field. I feel she sometimes acts just as a messenger between the client and the other party's attorney and does not really protect her client's interests. Maybe it depends on the severity and importance of a particular issue. Sometimes it is hard to get a hold of her since she is a busy person.
