Suzanne and her team are incredible, I’m almost speechless at her efficiency and heart. The first time I contacted her office, I was panicked, confused and in a very dark place since I had no idea what I was doing. She was the first person I contacted after a frantic google search for “lawyers near me” and (stroke of luck maybe) it was her who picked up my call, not her staff which is who I would expect. She let me tell her about my situation, listened and spoke to me like she’d known me for ages and showed genuine compassion and concern for me but reinstated my trust and confidence without fail. And this was just the first conversation! She also warned me about the predatory nature some other big firms who will pressure you to starting as soon as possible even when it’s not necessary and that she wanted me to take my time and wait before retaining whether it be her or someone else. I didn’t think much about that until months later, which I circled back to trying to actually retain a lawyer I contact a different random firm that did EXACTLY what she warned about. Insane pressure to pay a downpayment that same day, pressure to set up a “payment plan”, pressure to sign contracts within the first conversation of that office’s intake person, and I didn’t even have a case yet. To this day, that random office keeps harassing my phone to get me to retain them. I ran right back Suzanne and haven’t regretted it since. I knew she knew what she was talking about and doing at all times. She was looking out for me before I even gave her a dollar. And got the exact results I needed and saved my future (no case!). The communication was effortless with her, she’s thoughtful and she will not pressure you into doing something you’re not ready for, even if you don’t realize it yourself yet. 10/10 worth every cent ❤️
