Mr. Leffler and Mr. Tim Norris are an amazing team! When I first called, I spoke with Mr. Tim and we were on the phone for at least 20 minutes. I was panicked and he did everything he could to help me feel more at ease. Throughout this whole process, we have been updated every step of the way. If we have questions, they are there with answers. Mr. Leffler has gone above and beyond for us and fought battles for us he shouldn't have even had to fight. We are still requiring their services but I have nothing but confidence in them. If I could give them 10 stars, I would give 11. And I can't thank them enough for everything they have done and are continuing to do for us!

**Update**
After I made the first review, things changed drastically. I paid Mr Leffler $15,000 to represent someone. The fee was explained to me as $7,500 for the negotiation phase and another $7,500 to take the case to trial if a resolution could not be reached.

Mr Leffler ultimately recommended accepting a plea agreement and the case never went to trial. When I later asked questions about how the full fee was considered earned despite there being no trial, I was told that trial preparation justified the full fee and that no refund was warranted.

My biggest issue, however, has been communication. Throughout the representation, I did often have difficulty getting phone calls and text messages returned and struggled to get updates. After the case concluded, I made multiple attempts to discuss the fee agreement, obtain clarification, and understand how the full fee was earned. While I initially received a response, my follow-up requests went all unanswered.

I was advised that any further discussion would require the client's consent and that any potential refund would have to go through the client. I asked Mr Leffler to assist in obtaining the necessary authorization. Despite multiple follow-up attempts over several weeks, I never received a response.

Everyone's experience may be different, but mine was that communication was difficult throughout the representation and became nearly impossible after the case was resolved. Paying $15,000 and then being unable to get answers to reasonable questions has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I contacted Mr. Leffler about my case and he was quick to get back to me and set up a consultation. He even had documents ready for me about my case even before I hired him. He and Mr. Tim were always helpful and let me know everything that was going on about my case and even let me know what may happen moving forward. He always showed up to court with me and helped me every step of the way. Any questions or concerns I had were always answered honestly. He went above and beyond my expectations and eventually got my case dismissed and expunged! I would definitely recommend Mr. Leffler and his team to anyone in need of his services. 10/10
