Scott created a trust plan for my husband and I. He Was responsive, professional, and the documents were exactly what we needed to move all of our assets, including our home into the trust and give us peace of mind that our assets were in the order we needed to if anything should happen to my husband and I, and then our daughter would be well taken care of. Scott was flexible with remote meetings and after hours appointments to meet our work schedule which I greatly appreciated.

I feel it would be an injustice of me for not warning others whom might consider using Scott as an attorney. We have been dealing with Scott for almost 2 years and it been anything but smooth. Scott lacks professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail. Scott consistently makes mistakes when showing up to probate court which has done nothing but prolong our case. In my opinion, Scott is unethical and should not be considered for services. If you are considering using Scott has an attorney, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere
