He accepted my case to help me file for divorce and was very nice and helpful during our initial consultation. When it was the day to file, he was in meetings all day and could not talk. He originally sent me a document with someone else's name on it. He never addressed this when I informed him. The notary caught the mistake. He did not have any other documents ready when I expected and said it would take several days to make them. I ended up just doing it myself with my ex and everything turned into the courts in several hours.

When I informed Sam I would like to go another route and to have a refund, he hung up in my face. He did mail me a check. Super unprofessional, rude, and made this process so much more stressful than it needed to be.
