I got referred to Mr. Nir on a Friday by a current client of his that referred to him as an experienced high caliber attorney. The guy said he will talk to him on Sunday to do a warm introduction and on that Monday he told me to text him. Mr. Nir was expecting the text and we scheduled a call. He asked to hear about what was happening in my words to which he responded "it sounds like they are trying to arrest you". He contacted the detective involved the next day and scheduled a surrender that the detective cancelled. Mr. Nir scheduled a second surrender and arranged for it to be a desk appearance ticket. During this time he was calm and assuring about the situation and answered texts in under two minutes literally any moment in the day. Even when he was working on other case matters sitting in a court room. To me that is exceptional. The police didn't follow through with the arranged plan and issued a surprise arrest. Mr Nir was right by his phone when I had seconds to text him and shut off the phone. In that time he responded which was a huge relief for me to know he got the text. After getting out I sent him a picture of the ticket and he did his thing from there until the court date. The morning of, I went in and was handed a letter from a gentleman saying "here you go your case was dismissed". I was stunned at a loss for words. Couldn't even believe what just happened. I was expecting to have an arraignment and have another scheduled date. It was only after talking to Mr. Nir colleague outside of the court room about this that he told me Mr. Nir had been in contact with the DA prior to the first court date and was able to convince them their evidence was weak. This review is a strong testament to the attention to detail and care that Mr. Nir gives each one of his cases and even when he is not in the court room he is diligently working on these cases on the back end to secure the very best position possible for the case and his client.
