Nir did not present a robust defense in the case of Jagger Freeman. From the case notes Nir has formed a view of what happened at the outset. The underlying felony of robbery should have been contested, but Nir just said ok he was an accomplice to the robbery but he doesnt deserve to go down for murder of Simonsen. Given that Jaggers daughter had a doctors appointment nearby it is not clear beyond a reasonable doubt that jagger was a part of the robbery. Even the prior robbery, witnesses should have been called to testify where jagger was when ransom was robbing the store on the prior robbery.

Hands-down, the best lawyer ever got me out of Central booking on the same day and dismissed my case with only 1 court appearance hands-down the best of the best the man is a shark on land.
