I will begin this review by stating that Robert Bondar is one of the rare lawyers that are honest and trustworthy. His skills in a tenant landlord dispute are amazing. He is calm and knowledgeable in every aspect of his work. He knows the law and always predicts the next step for which I’m very grateful for. His advice and skills and knowledge of the system are worth more than gold. I strongly recommend him for any landlord tenant disputes as he is amazing beyond compare!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Franklin Law Firm. From the beginning, communication was poor, but it became completely unacceptable once payment was made. Calls and messages were consistently ignored, leaving me in the dark about my own case.

As a client, you expect professionalism, transparency, and at the very least, basic responsiveness. Unfortunately, none of those standards were met. It felt like once they received my money, my case—and my concerns—no longer mattered.

Legal matters are serious and often stressful, and having a law firm that is unresponsive only adds to that burden. I would strongly advise anyone considering this firm to think twice and ensure they are choosing representation that actually values client communication and accountability.
